Commercial Water Damage in Aiken

This commercial property experienced a water damage that affected multiple rooms. Once the extent of the damage is assessed we use moisture meters to detect hidden water in flooring, walls and ceilings. The next step is creating a drying plan to quickly remove moisture from the building materials using dehumidifiers and air movers. Sometimes contents are affected in which case we will inventory affected items and determine whether they are salvageable or not. Salvageable items will be packed out of the area for cleaning if necessary and stored until the job is complete. The water was removed promptly and the business reopened once our work was complete.
